Al Fardhan Curtains & Home Decor — Sales, Custom Orders & Service Terms

1. Overview & Service Scope

Al Fardhan Curtains & Home Decor provides custom window treatment solutions including curtains, drapes, blinds, fabrics, and interior upholstery services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By booking a consultation or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Custom Orders & Measurements

All our curtains, blinds, and upholstery items are custom-tailored to customer-specific measurements.

  • Free site visits and measurements are offered within covered regions in the UAE.
  • Once fabric cutting and stitching work begins after customer sign-off, specifications or dimensions cannot be altered without additional service fees.

3. Pricing, Payments & Deposit

Quoted prices are transparent and communicated prior to order confirmation.

  • An advance deposit (as specified in your invoice) is required before commencing fabrication or custom orders.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon successful delivery and professional installation.

4. Delivery & Installation Policy

We strive to deliver and install all custom drapery and blinds within 48 to 72 hours from order confirmation, subject to fabric availability and custom work scope.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the personalized nature of tailor-made home decor:

  • Custom Curtains & Tailored Goods: Custom-cut or stitched items are non-refundable once fabrication has started.
  • Defects or Damage: If any material defect or fitting inaccuracy occurs due to our error, Al Fardhan will repair, adjust, or replace the item free of cost within 7 days of installation.
  • Standard Ready Stock: Unopened standard accessories can be exchanged within 7 days with original receipt.

6. Warranty & Workmanship Guarantee

We provide a workmanship guarantee on our installation services and motorized blind mechanisms as per manufacturer terms. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, water damage, or normal wear and tear after installation.
